Two layers of toggle control on Cal Connect
Not every customer wants a tracking page or a text message. VIP clients, fleet accounts and sensitive deals often need personal handling. So customer-facing features have two independent switches.
Global toggle
Turn customer SMS and tracking pages on or off for the entire dealership with one switch in your settings.
Per-delivery toggle
Even with the feature enabled globally, every individual delivery has its own switch. A salesperson can leave SMS off for a VIP customer and the tracking link off for a sensitive deal, without disrupting anyone else's workflow.
No all-or-nothing decisions. Every delivery is treated separately.

Is there a setup fee or a long-term contract?
No. Your monthly subscription covers everything — onboarding, training, support and ongoing updates. Cancel any time with no penalty.
How many users can we have?
Unlimited. Add your whole sales team, service department, finance managers, detailers, drivers and management with no per-seat charge. Pricing is per rooftop, not per person.
Can we upgrade from Cal Core to Cal Connect later?
Yes. Switch tiers at any time. Changes take effect on your next billing cycle and any difference is prorated. Your data stays intact.
What about SMS costs on Cal Connect?
SMS messages are included at standard usage levels, which covers typical dealership volume. We will let you know if your store approaches a usage threshold. There are no surprise overage charges.
What exactly is the launch offer?
Until 31 December 2026, every dealership pays $50 a month less for its first twelve months — Cal Core at $249 and Cal Connect at $299 — and the first month is risk free.
After twelve months the rate returns to $299 and $349. The discount is tied to when you start, so signing up in December still gives you twelve months at the lower price.
Do you offer multi-store discounts?
The launch offer already gives every store what used to be the group rate, so a dealer group pays the same $249 or $299 per rooftop as a single store. Each dealership is billed individually with its own setup, and the group is invoiced together.
What does “risk free” mean?
You get full access to your plan for the first month — your own subdomain, your own database, your users set up and trained. Nothing is held back.
If it turns out not to suit your store, tell me inside that month and you pay nothing. There is no setup fee to recover and no contract to exit, so walking away costs you the time you spent looking and not a dollar more.
Are taxes included in the prices?
No, listed prices are pre-tax. Applicable sales tax (HST, GST, PST or QST depending on your province) is added to each invoice based on your dealership's billing address. For Ontario that is 13% HST.
If your dealership is registered for HST, you can claim input tax credits on the tax we collect.
How is our data stored and secured?
Every dealership gets its own private database rather than a shared table. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and customer data is never shared between dealerships. You can export or delete your data at any time.
How long does setup take?
Days, not quarters. Your dealership gets its own subdomain and database, your users are created with the right roles, and your team is trained on a system that takes about ten minutes to understand.
