Two Layers of Toggle Control on Cal Connect
We know not every customer wants a tracking page or a text message. VIP clients, fleet accounts, sensitive deals — some customers prefer personal handling. That's why customer-facing features on the Connect plan have two independent layers of control:
Layer 1 — Global toggle. Turn customer SMS and tracking pages on or off for the entire dealership with a single switch in your settings.
Layer 2 — Per-delivery toggle. Even when the feature is enabled globally, each individual delivery has its own switch. Salespeople can leave SMS off for VIP customers and the tracking link off for sensitive deals — all without disrupting the workflow.
